Biopori the Flood Preventive

Biopori was the cylindrical hole that was made vertically into the land. The diameter hole about 10-30 cm. The depth of the absorption biopori hole (LRB) around 100 cm or did not exceed the depth of the ground water. This hole is usually filled up the organic waste. The functioning waste brought land micro-organisms, like the earthworm back to life.

This worm will eventually be assigned to form pores or the tunnel in the land (biopori). The benefit that was produced from the biopori hole this was very heterogeneous. Pores made the land to be hollow until speeding up the process of absorbing of water into the land. Horizontally, the absorption of water flowed in the land through the biopori hole that was produced from the activity of the worm.

The biopori hole was effective technology that was useful to reduce the pool of water and the organic waste. Especially around your house, in part to reduce the level of the pool of water in the yard. And if being made in a mass fashion to the environmental garden, then this hole could also reduce the pool of water in the housing region.(kompas)
