Thailand and China will sign the agreement in the climate of the change research in Incarcerated Sea. The research together that was estimated will take up time for three years, and aimed at knowing the change in the climate in order to predict the pattern of the wind 'monsoon'.
The "aim of the co-operation was to learn the change" in the "Monsoon wind, because of several researchers claimed global warming increased the change danger" in the "weather that was difficult to be predicted," said the researcher Marine Biological Centre, Thailand, of Somkiat Khokiattiwong, as being launched by the AFP, on Tuesday (23/9/2008).
According to him, Incarcerated Sea was the place the first time the wind 'monsoon' emerged. The research will help the two countries to know the pattern of the cyclone. The Monsoon wind indeed became attention of the Thai government. Two Monsoon winds that were accompanied by fall of the rain at last day happen caused 16 residents of the white elephant country to be killed and thousands of houses remained the flood. The agreement, mentioned China will support all the cost of the data collection in Incarcerated. Whereas the analysis was carried out by the two countries, the signing of the co-operation will be carried out on Friday (26/9/2008) later, between Marine Biological Centre and China's First Institute of Oceanography in Beijing.
